Job Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Assist in preparing financial reports, dashboards, and variance analysis.
• Support monthly financial close processes.
• Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights to support decision-making.
• Assist with financial presentations and reports for leadership meetings.

Data & Systems Management

• Gather and validate financial data from various sources.
• Reconcile discrepancies in financial reports and statements.
• Engage in projects to optimize financial analytics, reporting and forecasting tools.
• Participate in process improvements and automation efforts for financial reporting.

Preferred Education and/or Experience:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement).
• Strong academic performance in finance-related courses.
• Previous internship or relevant coursework in financial analysis is a plus.
• Data analysis proficiency – Experience with excel functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and financial formulas. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus.
• Analytical Thinking – Ability to interpret complex data and provide insights.
• Attention to Detail – Ensuring accuracy in financial reports and models.
