We are currently searching for student intern candidates for a Human Resources Intern
Location: Remote within the US

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) with team member data, auditing, and e-file maintenance.
- Screen resumes against job postings.
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
- Participate in creating communications & social related posts supporting our talent branding strategy.
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed.
- Address team member queries about benefits and policy questions.
- Review and update HR Team Intranet pages as needed.
Preferred Education and/or Experience:
- Preferred experience in administrative or customer service-related roles a plus
- Preferred familiarity with HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems
- Preferred experience with Microsoft Office (focus on Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Preferred - Basic knowledge of labor legislation
- Organizational skills
- Detail oriented
- Good Customer Service skills
- Working toward a degree in Human Resources management or similar field preferred.
