Job Title: UI/UX Intern

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and curious UI/UX Intern to join our Healthcare and Corporate Product Design team. In this role, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in user-centered design and contribute to the development of enterprise-level software solutions. You will work closely with experienced designers, researchers, and product managers to understand user needs, conduct research, and translate those insights into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Analyze user data and create artifacts to help inform design decisions.
• Generate design concepts and wireframes for web and mobile applications.
• Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies.
• Contribute to the overall design system.

Preferred Education and/or Experience:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong interest in user-centered design and design thinking methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for improving healthcare through technology.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in research or design thinking methodologies
